Your opportunity

We are currently seeking an Accounting and Credit Senior Project Manager for our Finance team based in our HQ, Padua.

How you will contribute

• Develop and oversee finance and accounting integration projects, including planning, technology improvements, and finance-related activities.
• Perform duties during the project lifecycle, such as data gathering, cash flow monitoring, tax compliance, and collaboration with Finance staff to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Deliver projects on-time, meeting specifications and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings to resolve questions or reach consensus.
• Provide finance advice and training to the project team as part of overall Project Management processes.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations across all locations.
• Coordinate with international finance teams to streamline processes and facilitate cross-border operations.
• Guide and support teams on complex accounting issues, transactions, and regulations.
• Review financial systems and processes regularly to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in international accounting, preferably in a managerial role overseeing global operations.
• Auditing or project operations background is advantageous.
• Strong financial expertise, organizational skills, and ability to manage schedules and team performance.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and international tax regulations.
• Understanding of cross-border transactions, foreign currency dealings, and transfer pricing.
• Proficiency in international accounting software and SAP; experience with global reporting systems is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English.
