We are looking for a Store Manager for our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village).

The Store Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales, managing daily store operations, and implementing strategic management practices.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the store's appearance to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and complete product range, as well as ensuring courteous, friendly, and kind customer interactions.

You will report directly to the Area Manager and play a key role in supporting the team and contributing to the store’s success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

  • At least 2 years of previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in an established retail environment (fashion or footwear);
  • Knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling;
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
