Key Account Manager for IT Services and Solutions - Banking Sector (M/F)

We seek an expert and proactive "hunter" who will build their own client portfolio (prospect leads).

Direct B2B sales to large and medium-sized clients

Responsibilities:

  1. Deeply understand the company's products and services, staying constantly updated on market developments and technologies.
  2. Manage a portfolio of potential clients, regularly monitoring activities and results with the Sales Manager.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, visiting them regularly to better understand their explicit and implicit needs.
  4. Conduct commercial negotiations, simple or complex, with autonomy and responsibility.
  5. Actively seek new clients through personal initiative, referrals, or provided contacts.
  6. Collaborate with the team to ensure the best solutions and services for clients.

Profile Requirements:

  1. Experienced salesperson with solid direct B2B sales experience to medium and large companies in IT distribution, IT services, operational leasing, audiovisual solutions, and IT product regeneration for the banking sector.
  2. Ability to analyze client needs and move from diagnosis to defining a shared strategy.
  3. Excellent communication skills to understand and respond to client needs in a personalized manner.
  4. Strong negotiation skills, balancing requirements while maintaining good client relationships, with a results-oriented approach.
  5. Ability to work in a team, sharing know-how and best practices for collective success.
  6. Ability to set and prioritize goals.
  7. Ability to set ambitious objectives, manage, and evaluate implemented actions.
  8. Demonstrate transparency and strong ethics in daily work.
