The purpose of this role is to lead the commercial development and sales management of selected customer targets (Pharmacy, Wholesale, Perfumery, Parapharmacy, Large-Scale Retail, e-retailers) independently and by sharing objectives and strategies with the business line managers, reporting to the CDM Key Accounts and coordinating the planned actions with all the support functions involved. The role may manage resources.

Responsibilities
  • TURNOVER : Responsible for turnover (Sellin -Sellout) and development of assigned key customers;Negotiation of year agreements and monthly follow-up.
  • ANALYSIS and FORECASTING : Weekly / Monthly monitoring and progress of the performance of key customers, through the analysis of sellin and sellout data, and the analysis of the effectiveness of promotional initiatives; implementation of actions in order to achieve the expected targets.
  • TRADE MARKETING ACTIVITY : Execute and implement the Canvass / Trade activities to the assigned key customers.
  • CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT : Develop the brand image by building relationships with customers, monitoring the degree of satisfaction, carrying out high-level representation and sales activities and developing an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and structure.
  • CUSTOMER INVESTMENTS : Responsible of Customer investments (Discounts, Eyb and Marketing / Cooperation, returns).
