Tell us about yourself:

We seek a passionate Junior Video Content Creator to join us part-time to support our expansion into the Italian market.

The new hire will be based in Italy and work remotely. Please note, no relocation assistance is provided for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Share daily our best deals on Instagram Stories and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and engaging content
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our audience and engagement on Instagram and TikTok, using data to test and optimize results
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and community members to foster loyalty
• Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments, questions, and feedback
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns during events, promotions, or partnerships
• Assist with creating and curating visual content adhering to Pepper brand identity

Qualifications:

• Native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, including algorithms and best practices
• Experience in growing social media reach and engagement
• Analytical mindset with data analysis skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proactive team player capable of working independently
• Interest or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plus
• Experience in social media or community management is a plus
