Volkswagen Financial Services in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Process Automation Specialist to analyze, design and implement automation solutions to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will leverage UiPath, Power Platform and AI tools, collaborating with business teams to evaluate feasibility and deliver scalable automation.

You will deploy, monitor and maintain RPA bots, drive continuous improvement, and ensure security and governance across automation initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience as an RPA Developer with UiPath Studio.
• Knowledge of UiPath components (Orchestrator, Robot, Insights, AI).
• Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Proficiency in programming languages: C#, .NET, Python, VB.NET, SQL.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Nice to have SAS knowledge.

Mansioni

• Design, build, test and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Power Platform.
• Formalize technical and functional analyses per automation standards.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes and assess automation feasibility.
• Develop reusable automation components and ensure best practices.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain RPA bots in UiPath Orchestrator.
• Manage tickets related to existing automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automations.
• Drive continuous improvement in existing automations.
• Ensure governance, security, and policy adherence in automation.
• Develop dashboards for monitoring automation performances.
• Stay updated on industry trends in BPM.
