Volkswagen Financial Services | Italy is seeking a Process Automation Specialist to design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, while aligning with governance and security standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with business teams to assess feasibility and deliver reusable components.

You will monitor RPA bots, manage incidents, and pursue continuous improvement, staying current with BPM trends and leveraging Power Platform tools to maximize

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience as an RPA Developer with UiPath Studio.
• Knowledge of UiPath components (Orchestrator, Robot, Insights, AI).
• Proficiency with Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• UiPath certifications strongly preferred.
• Programming/scripting: C#, .NET, Python, VB.NET, SQL.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced SAS Knowledge is a plus.
• Independent yet collaborative work style.
• Ability to plan work.

• Stay updated on industry trends and BPM best practices.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment

Full proficiency of English in both written and oral form
