Siemens Mobility is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Support Professional for HMI and SCADA products. You will join Technical PreSales Support, guiding the Sales Team on automation topics, assisting in configuring machines, and presenting Siemens product updates to colleagues and customers across Italy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HQ to promote products in the Italian market, and requires a degree in engineering, plus English and Italian proficiency, with national travel as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HMI, SCADA, PLC, and network devices.
• Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Your role:

As Technical Sales Support Professional, you will be part of Technical PreSales Support Team , as reference for the Sales Team about Siemens Automation Products under your responsibility (especially SCADA products). Your day-to-day activities will include support to sales team to be updated on all news of automation products and supporting customers during the configuration of new machines, to find the best possible solution to their requirements. You’ll be also involved in presentations to colleagues and customers to show them technical news of Siemens Products and you will work in close collaboration with headquarter to push the products in the Italian market.

• Being the Italian technical reference of products under your responsibility
• Sharing technical information with colleagues and customers
• Collaborating with Product Manager and Headquarter to push in the best way your products in Italian market
• Building the best automation solutions for Customers

Core Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• Passion and curiosity for technical details of the Automation Products (HMI, Scada, PLC, Network devices…)
• Strong orientation to reach the targets and focused on customers, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
• Desire to share your knowledge with others and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
• Available for business national trips
• General knowledge of PLC, HMI & SCADA, Motion Control;

Preferred Requirements

• Some experience in industrial automation systems and SCADA or HMI programming
• Experience with SIMATIC WinCC Unified
• Experience in the usage of generative AI tools.

The total pay range for this position is €38000–€49000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
