    Purpose of the role

    To provide product support for Technical Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Sales, Distribution networks, and end customers for actively promoted product groups in Europe. To implement the product marketing strategy by providing technical expertise, follow industry standardization and market trends, and serve as a strong interface to Japan's technical and commercial centers and other countries.

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide and maintain product-related technical support for business development initiatives, including sales tools for product promotion and activities.
    • Serve as a professional technical interface to overseas business units, factories, and R&D centers.
    • Manage Product Life Cycle (PLCM).
    • Ensure adherence to company quality policies, procedures, and compliance requirements such as OGR / JSOX.

    Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    • Technical education, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical fields.
    • Preferably more than 2 years of R&D, Product Technical Support, and B2B marketing experience in the industry.
    • Familiarity with technology trends, market activities, and competitive landscapes in electronic and electro-mechanical components.
    • Understanding of technical basics and general electronic components.
    • Ability to write and deliver comprehensive business letters and presentations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
    • Knowledge of internal software such as CRM and DWS.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to combine project management skills with technical knowledge to proactively manage tasks.
