Your role and responsibilities

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services in business model transformation, process improvement, digitalization, risk analysis, management, and support in finance transactions.

Joining the Supply Chain & Operations team in Milan, you will work within multifunctional teams at client sites to implement digital transformation projects for Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Performance Management processes.

Your specific tasks include:

• Design, implement, and test Digital Platforms supporting Supply Chain processes
• Assess impacts and benefits of initiatives via business cases; monitor performance pre- and post-transformation
• Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs alongside Program, Project, and Change Management initiatives

This opportunity is ideal if you possess:

• A master’s degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or electronic) or Computer Science, with excellent grades
• Familiarity with Manufacturing and Supply Chain fields
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong command of English, ideally with international study or work experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus
