ColonnaCaramanti, a Milan-based corporate and tax firm, seeks a Tax Associate with 2–4 years of experience. You will work on corporate and group taxation, cross-border matters, and prepare tax returns and financial statements for companies and corporate groups.

You will gain exposure to tax support for private clients with international assets, learn how tax positions are built and defended, and gradually take on more autonomy as you demonstrate readiness.

Formación

Tax Associate | 2 to 4 years of experience

ColonnaCaramanti is a corporate and tax firm in the heart of Milan, and we are looking for a tax professional with two to four years of experience who wants to grow quickly alongside people who care about doing things well.

You will work on corporate and group taxation, cross-border matters and the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for companies and corporate groups, with some exposure to tax support for private clients with international assets. You will work within a small team, learn how a tax position is built and defended, and take on more autonomy as you show you are ready for it.

We look for solid technical foundations, curiosity, a clear way of writing and the habit of asking why before asking how. Experience in a tax practice or a professional services firm is a plus. Being a Dottore Commercialista or on the path to it is welcome but not required.

We are a firm of lawyers, chartered accountants and statutory auditors, working with Italian and international groups. The work is demanding, the atmosphere is not stiff, and the offices are at Via degli Omenoni 2, between La Scala, Montenapoleone and San Babila: historic, bright and well equipped.
