ColonnaCaramanti is seeking outstanding tax professionals at different levels of seniority in Milan to contribute to or lead tax engagements, integrating tax and corporate advisory services.

The role covers corporate and group taxation, cross-border matters, and preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for companies and groups, with exposure to governance activities as seniority increases.

Competenze

• Experience in corporate and international tax preferred.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor junior staff.

Mansioni

• Lead and contribute to tax engagements across corporate tax, cross-border matters and tax compliance.
• Prepare and review statutory and group tax filings for companies and groups.
• Engage with Boards and supervisory bodies as seniority grows; participate in governance and dispute resolution.
