You will manage the entire selection process for over 140 SMEs and multinational clients.

  • This is a competency-based selection process involving a 3-phase assessment:

  • CV analysis
  • EQ test with our assessor
  • Motivation test and motivational interview
  • Work Location:

    90% remote work; Milan office twice a month, every 15 days.

    Employment Contract:

    Apprenticeship CCNL Commerce contract + Ticket + Bonuses
