Job description

We are seeking a Junior System Test Engineer to support the Verification and Validation process for our avionics and industrial products.

You will develop and implement test procedures at the system level, contributing to product quality and reliability.

This role involves working on products from early prototypes to qualification campaigns, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Duties and responsibilities

• Participate in project kick-off meetings and product requirements reviews.
• Develop and deploy automated test solutions for avionics and industrial hardware from prototypes to qualification phases.
• Execute test campaigns, develop and perform test procedures, document results.
• Track issues, conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions to enhance reliability.
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback and improve product design and infrastructure for increased reliability and yield.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 1+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, electrical, or computer engineering, or related fields like Physics.
• Familiarity with electronic laboratory instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, proactive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of English for technical documentation and meetings.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of electronic components.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with LabVIEW for test automation.
• Basic understanding of root cause analysis and a desire to improve reliability.
