We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our expanding IT team!

In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our IT ecosystem, managing user accounts, IT assets, and cloud services. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-documented IT environment. Your Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, including licenses, groups, and policies.
  • Oversee the entire user account lifecycle across various platforms, in line with the company’s IAM policies.
  • Monitor and manage IT assets and Remote Resource Management (RRM) tools.
  • Apply IT policies related to access control and security.
  • Provide first-level support to users for software, hardware, and access issues.
  • Collaborate on IT procedure documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Coordinate with MSP partners to manage both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT roles such as System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
  • Good knowledge of Windows (desktop / server) and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, WLAN, 802.1x protocol).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Fortinet systems (firewall, VPN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, in particular :
  • Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Work Location :

    Remote (Italy), with availability to attend in-person meetings in San Marino and / or Milan approximately twice a month.

    Contractual Conditions :

  • Fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal.
  • Gross Annual Salary (RAL) :
  • 25.000 - €27.000.
