Overview

We are looking for a high-potential junior profile to work closely with our C-Suite on a broad range of strategic and analytical projects. You will have visibility across all departments and contribute directly to key decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Market and competitor analysis
• Data analysis across key company areas (sales, margins, cohorts, logistics, etc.)
• Working on investor reports and presentations for Board meetings and strategic partners
• Supporting various teams (marketing, sales, catalogue, operations) with ad-hoc analyses and strategic insights
• Managing small-scale strategic projects and tracking related KPIs

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience (relevant experience in banking, consulting, VC, or digital / startup environments highly valued)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, complex formulas)
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities in PowerPoint
• Structured thinker, detail-oriented, and data-driven
• Fluent English (spoken and written, daily use required)
• Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and eagerness to learn
