Job Description:

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Junior Store Performance & Roll out Manager for an important Samsung Retail project.

Reporting to the Shop Experience Manager, this role involves overseeing store performance and enhancing the consumer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, with experience in corporate environments.

This role requires collaboration across departments, including Marketing, Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Content & Services, and Product Management.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing store data to improve performance and customer experience.
2. Supporting planogram management, including updates, HQ guideline adherence, report preparation, and photo archive management.
3. Providing operational support for VOC management, including materials, timing, and data analysis.
4. Managing complaints and reviews.

Required skills:

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Positive attitude, results-oriented, with a focus on quality service and profitability.
• Responsibility-taking, organized, proactive.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Experience supporting retail activities in brand stores is a plus.
