Job Description:

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Junior Store Performance & Roll out Manager to work on an important Samsung Retail project.

Reporting to the Shop Experience Manager, the candidate will be responsible for store performance and the consumer journey.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for data analysis and experience working in corporate environments.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners across various departments including Marketing, Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Content & Services, and Product Management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Analyze store data to provide insights for improving store performance and customer experience.
2. Support planogram management, including updates, HQ guideline compliance, report preparation, and photo archive management.
3. Assist in VOC management, including materials, timing, and data analysis.
4. Manage customer reviews and complaints.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Positive attitude, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, adaptive, and accountable.

• Experience supporting retail activities in brand stores is a plus.
