Job Description:

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Junior Store Performance & Roll out Manager to work on an important Samsung Retail project.

Reporting to the Shop Experience Manager, he/she will be responsible for the performance and the consumer journey of the store.

The ideal person we are looking for stands out for a passion for the analysis and the data, enhanced by working in corporate contexts.

The role requires a collaborative approach to project scoping and support through close working relationships with multiple internal and external partners, as well as with all parts of the business: Marketing, Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Content & Services, and Product Managers.

Main role and responsibilities:

• Analyze the store data to provide insights to perfect and enhance the performance of the store, the consumer journey, and the fine-tuning of the activities.
• Provide support in the planogram management: launch structure update, receiving HQ Guidelines, preparing reports for HQ, and managing the store photo archive.
• Operational support to the Agency for VOC management in terms of materials, timing (opening, management, closing times), and Cheil performance data analysis for VOC management.
• Manage complaints/reviews.

Required skills:

• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in data analysis.
• A positive outlook, driven, results-oriented individual with a clear focus on high-quality service and business profit.
• Capability to take responsibilities, highly organized, and proactive attitude.
• Fast knowledge acquisition.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
