RINA is seeking a Junior Site Operations Manager to join the Genova office within the Energy Project Solutions division. The role supports the delivery of defined inspection activities on time, within budget and with quality results across multiple sites, involving personnel management, contract oversight and client reporting.

Required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and solid site operations experience, with exposure to contract management, budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in a site operations role with construction/inspection context.
• Contract management experience including negotiation and administration.
• Budget management experience with cost control and financial analysis.
• Experience advancing construction projects through planning, scheduling and coordination.

Mansioni

• Coordinate activities and resources for delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites.
• Manage personnel across sites, supervise inspectors, and file required records.
• Help implement and maintain quality assurance processes for site supervision activities.
• Monitor and control expenses related to site operations and support invoicing accuracy.
• Develop and manage schedules for site supervision activities and adjust timelines as needed.
• Assist in managing contracts for site supervision services and contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction.
