Job summary

PQE Group is hiring a Junior Service Desk Specialist in Rome, Italy. You will join a growing Service Desk team to provide first-line IT support and handle hardware, software, and network issues.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a passion for IT, and solid understanding of computers and mobile devices. The position offers a fixed-term contract under CCNL Commercio with travel for client assignments and fully reimbursed expenses.

As the next Junior Service Desk Specialist you will support the Service Desk team in his supporting activities

You will be responsible for:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users

What we offer:

• Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio
• Gross annual salary of: €26000 up to 30000€
• Travel bonus for client assignments, including same-day trips
