Are you passionate about decarbonisation, the energy transition, and sustainability? A top-tier renewable energy operator in Europe, with over 1 GW of installed capacity and ambitious growth plans, is expanding its Legal & Corporate Affairs team in Milan and / or Milan.

They are seeking two legal professionals — one at Junior level and one at Senior level — to provide legal support across the group’s activities in the photovoltaic sector.

Key responsibilities (junior) : Legal support across all Group companies, including revamping, repowering, M&A, plant development, and project financing. Legal assistance with negotiations and complex contracts, including drafting of standard contractual models. Coordination of legal support handled by external law firms (excluding tax matters), in collaboration with internal business functions. Regulatory monitoring and updates on legislative and legal developments. Oversight of regulatory compliance, particularly related to Legislative Decree 231 / 01 and GDPR, including drafting the 231 Compliance Model and supporting the Supervisory Body. Support in managing corporate bodies, including meeting coordination, secretarial tasks, and drafting of Board and Shareholder meeting minutes. Maintenance of corporate documentation, such as bylaws, corporate books, and powers of attorney, including internal delegations. Management of the certified email inbox (PEC) and related legal duties, ensuring proper flow of institutional / legal communications and compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities (senior) : Reporting directly to the Legal & Corporate Affairs Director : Provide legal support to all Group companies, coordinating legal activities related to contract management. This includes drafting and managing land purchase agreements, surface rights, easements for sites hosting company-owned assets, as well as PPAs, SPAs, or QPAs, offering legal advice and assistance during negotiations with counterparties and drafting the related legal documentation. Manage financing contracts, supporting the Finance and Administration Department (AFC) in handling all related legal formalities. Support the Supply Chain Department in supplier contracting processes, including drafting and updating standard contractual templates. Assist in the M&A process, overseeing all associated legal compliance. Collaborate with external law firms in managing disputes between the company / subsidiaries and third parties (excluding tax matters), planning legal action and supervising the entire process. Oversee the management of the certified email inbox (PEC) and all related legal tasks, ensuring correct flow of institutional and legal communications, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to applicable regulations.

Requirements : Law degree (J.D. or equivalent). Junior : Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Senior : Minimum 6 years’ experience, ideally in energy, photovoltaic, or environmental law. Solid understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and compliance. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English (senior) and Solid command in English for the junior.
