• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
• Goal-oriented and problem-solving approach.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Position: As a Junior Salesforce Specialist in our Customer Engagement & CRM practice, you will be involved in designing, developing, and integrating CRM Salesforce and Data Migration solutions for our main clients in the Manufacturing sector.

In Particular, You Will Be Responsible For:

• Analysis, implementation, and configuration of standard solutions on the Salesforce.com platform;
• Supporting the Team Lead in project coordination and organization;
• Direct interface with the business for requirement collection;
• Creation of functional and technical documentation;
• Creation, execution of test cases, and user support;
• Data Analysis and Data quality.
