Job Description:

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales office operations, including managing customer contacts, setting up new customers and ship-to addresses in ERP, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales initiatives.

  • Create additional ship-to addresses for existing customers in ERP.
  • Set-up new customers in ERP upon sales request and approval.
  • Review and maintain customer base, including active/inactive status.
  • Build relationships with other departments, oversee customer satisfaction, and coordinate with sales personnel.
  • Review leads in Salesforce and generate weekly reports for business visibility.
  • Identify customer ordering trends and communicate relevant information to sales and customers.
  • Support promotion of additional products based on customer portfolio analysis.
  • Maintain CRM and review sales logs and opportunities, raising discrepancies internally.
  • Manage customer pricing in ERP, including discounts and promotions, following sales manager requests and approvals.
  • Support special projects related to sales and service effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operating policies and procedures for resource efficiency and control.
  • Handle sales support queries, escalating complex issues to the sales support team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of progressive customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work across multifunctional and multicultural teams.
  • Experience managing programs with other departments and divisions.
