About the role:

We are seeking an Internal Sales professional for our Microsoft business unit.

The person will be responsible for building excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement, managing quotes and closing orders, and overseeing processes and vendor pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in active inside selling by utilizing various sources to gather customer information.

  • Manage customer backorders and reports, leveraging specialist knowledge, and engage in "intelligent project fishing".

  • Manage projects end-to-end or coordinate with pre-sales for technical requirements.

  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.

  • Drive sales of specific products or vendors when required.

  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, review regularly, and ensure active closure of opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally in sales.

  • Knowledge of the IT industry is preferred.

  • Excellent telephone manners and effective communication skills.

  • Aiming to achieve set targets.

  • Understanding of sales processes.

  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
