Your role in this journey

  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mainly through cold calling) to determine if Bookiply is the right solution for their needs.
  • Generate sales by managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain rigorous activity tracking and monitor your progress toward monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions to gain valuable market insights.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Bookiply.
  • Assist in organizing events to promote Bookiply and build a community of vacation rental owners.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to persuade vacation rental homeowners both over the phone (cold calling) and face-to-face.
  • A positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
  • A solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work responsibly and in an organized manner.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business.
  • Near-native Italian and fluent English skills.
  • A driver’s license.
