Sales Line: Junior Sales Representative

Sales Line, a headhunting company specializing in talent search in Italy and Europe, is seeking a Junior Sales Representative with a strong commercial attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build valuable relationships in the insurance sector.

Who are we looking for?

Our client is a multinational insurance company specializing in the sale of Individual and Collective Policies (Employee Benefits) in life, health, and accident branches.

What will you do?

The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of insurance intermediaries in the assigned territory. The role involves autonomous management of intermediaries and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales environments.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing an assigned portfolio of intermediaries;
  • Hunting for new intermediaries;
  • Managing personal activities and sales strategies to achieve KPI;
  • Collaborating with the national sales team to achieve common business development goals.
Ideal candidate
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Account in B2B or B2C;
  • Residing in Campania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata, Sicilia, or Calabria;
  • Strong commercial and relational skills, organizational abilities, and good autonomy.
