A leading company in the health industry, GymBeam seeks a dynamic B2B sales representative to drive client acquisition and manage customer operations across Italy. The role involves building strong relationships, overseeing client communication, and implementing commercial strategies to ensure growth and targets are met. Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills and a passion for promoting well-being through active living.

Competenze

  • 1–2 years of experience as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG.
  • Experience in managing operations with B2B customers is a plus.
  • Ambitious and dynamic personality.

Regular employment contract / Monthly salary 2000EUR - 2500EUR

Freelance contract / Hourly rate 14EUR - 18EUR

Italy (remote)

What will your day look like?

  • Acquire FMCG clients (modern & traditional trade) within Italy;
  • Manage operations of B2B customers;
  • Lead communication with B2B customers;
  • Implement GymBeam's commercial strategy with customers;
  • Drive customer growth;
  • Negotiate contracts and annual terms in cooperation with the Head of B2B;
  • Build relationships with customers;
  • Research, gather, and analyze data using internal data software;
  • Monitor specific goals and ensure targets such as margin, profit, and revenue are met.

Who are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG is advantageous;
  • Experience in managing operations with B2B customers is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ambitious and dynamic personality;
  • A passion for the health industry, lifestyle, and a desire to create opportunities that promote well-being through active living, energy, and style.
