A leading fitness company is seeking a B2B sales representative to manage operations and acquire clients within Italy. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales and strong organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for the health industry. This is a remote position offering competitive compensation.

Competenze

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG.
  • Experience managing operations with B2B customers is a plus.

Regular employment contract / Monthly salary 2000EUR - 2500EUR

Freelance contract / Hourly rate 14EUR - 18EUR

Italy (remote)

What will your day look like?
  • Acquire FMCG clients (modern & traditional trade) within Italy;
  • Manage operations of B2B customers;
  • Lead communication with B2B customers;
  • Implement GymBeam's commercial strategy with customers;
  • Drive customer growth;
  • Negotiate contracts and annual conditions in cooperation with the Head of B2B;
  • Build relationships with customers;
  • Research, gather, and analyze data using internal data software;
  • Monitor specific goals related to margin, profit, and revenue, ensuring these are met.
Who are we looking for?
  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG is an advantage;
  • Experience managing operations with B2B customers is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Ambitious and dynamic personality;
  • Passion for the health industry, lifestyle, and creating opportunities to promote well-being through sports, energy, and style.
