What you will do

You will initially be spending time with the Customer Service and Supply Chain organisation to understand our value / supply chains as well as with the Market Intelligence organisation to lay a foundation for a solid market understanding.

Your mains tasks are

Develop and plan sales activities and campaigns for an assigned geography market segment or customers

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

Monitor sales volume revenues payments credit risks and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and suggest solutions

Develop relationships and build trust with customers to successfully negotiate sales with existing and potential customers for our mutual benefit

Collaborate with internal partners (customer service supply chain production corporate functions etc) to ensure customer commitments are met

Manage and develop relationships with traders to ensure fulfillment of agreed standards of service

Contribute to the development of sales customer retention pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information

Create customer satisfaction by exhibiting a drive to exceed customer expectations

Engage in new business development to include lead generation qualification and development resulting in new sales for UPM

Who you are

You have university degree and 3 / 5 years of relevant experience

You have a broad knowledge of industrial market (B2B) product and services sustainability and sales processes (experience in pulp and paper or FMCG is a benefit)

You speak English Turkish or Arabic language is a benefit

You have knowledge on Microsoft Office tools and experience in using SAP Oracle and Salesforce

You have wide availability for travel domestic and abroad
