Una nota azienda energetica cerca un Junior Sales Engineer per unirsi al team di Service Steam Turbines and Generators. Il candidato ideale avrà una formazione in ingegneria meccanica o energetica e competenze analitiche. Sarà responsabile della preparazione di offerte tecniche per progetti di servizio, collaborando con diversi team. È richiesta la disponibilità a viaggiare e una buona padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.

Competenze

• Formazione accademica in Ingegneria Meccanica, Ingegneria Energetica o un campo tecnico correlato.
• Conoscenza di base delle macchine rotanti, in particolare turbine a vapore e generatori.
• Eccellenti abilità comunicative in italiano e inglese.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 50% per visite ai clienti.

Mansioni

• Preparare offerte tecniche e commerciali per progetti di servizio.
• Analizzare le richieste dei clienti e i documenti tecnici.
• Collaborare con i team di ingegneria, approvvigionamento ed esecuzione.
• Partecipare a riunioni con i clienti e negoziazioni.
• Aggiornare strumenti CRM e documentazione di vendita.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare technical and commercial offers for service projects, including inspections, overhauls, upgrades, and spare parts.
• Analyze customer inquiries and technical documents to define project scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure competitive and feasible offers.
• Join customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior team members.
• Update CRM tools and sales documentation to keep processes efficient and organized.

What You Bring

• Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of rotating equipment, especially steam turbines and generators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits or site inspections.
