Job summary

ICAM S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to assist the Sales Engineering team. The role involves configuring ICAM solutions, preparing layouts, and drafting technical and commercial proposals under the Chief Sales Officer.

You will support CRM updates, develop product configurators, and contribute to standardisation. The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma in engineering or automation, has strong reading of drawings, and excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineering in preparing technical configurations and proposals.
• Prepare preliminary layouts and technical/commercial documentation.
• Manage standard and semi-standard configurations.
• Collaborate with area managers, export managers and international partners.
• Support CRM updates and opportunity documentation.
• Participate in internal and external technical/commercial calls.
• Support development and improvement of product configurators.
• Contribute to solution standardisation and creation of templates and libraries.
