This role is a maternity leave substitution, located in Samarate, Lombardy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant with strong attention to detail and communication skills to support the Sales team in managing orders, invoicing, shipments, and customer relations through accurate ERP processes for a maternity leave substitution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will contribute to the following core activities :

• Receipt, management, and entry of orders
• Generation of proforma invoices and order confirmations for laser devices, spare parts, and consumables
• Document management of invoices / credit notes, credit status checks, reminders
• Management of progress and monitoring of projects / order s in all phases up to full fulfillment and payment
• Logistic and documentary preparation for goods shipment
• Operational management of RMAs (returns)
• Use of basic functionalities of the sales cycle in the SAP system
• Management of correspondence / relationships with distributors regarding the points listed above

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or a Degree in Economics, Languages, or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of order management processes
• Familiarity with shipping and transport documentation
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills
