Job Description

This role involves working within our Agricultural and Forestry Machinery Team as a Resident Engineer. You will be responsible for developing and managing projects for our customer CNHi based in S. Matteo (Modena). Your tasks will include:

1. Project management: Acting as the interface between the customer and our headquarters in Germany to ensure a positive partnership and support for critical issues.
2. Responsibility: Analyzing and defining projects onsite at the customer, including specification and validation tests of products.
3. Customer cooperation: Building strong relationships with the customer, Key Account Manager, and headquarters to ensure satisfaction.
4. Innovation and development: Driving the introduction of new products and applications and participating in new product decisions.
5. International experience: Gaining knowledge in mobile applications through continuous training at our Italian and German headquarters.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Education: MSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Work style: Strong project management skills, customer focus, result-oriented, pragmatic.
• Other qualities: Curiosity, interest in industrial and technological topics, willingness to learn continuously.
