Junior Recruiter - Stage

This position is for an Junior Consultant working in our Milan office.
You will be placing top quality candidates while generating new business opportunities.

About the role

As an OJ Associate Consultant your responsibilities will be:

1. Identifying suitable candidates through multiple innovative channels
2. Consulting candidates and clients through often complex and large recruitment processes
3. Overseeing a portfolio of Italian based clients, analyzing their upcoming projects and resourcing needs
4. Developing long-term relationships for repeat business
5. Being a specialist within your recruitment market, staying updated with knowledge regarding our clients and the market you work in

About you

1. Less than 1 year of experience working in a sales role, within a consulting environment.
2. Fluent in Italian & upper intermediate / fluent in English
3. Engaging, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
4. Ability to connect with new contacts and build rapport for the short and long term.
5. Persistent in seeking new opportunities and striving for continuous improvement.
6. Ideally previous business experience in the technology area, or flexibility to transfer recruitment knowledge into this market.
7. Efficient organizational, planning, and time management skills
8. Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport & long-term business relationships
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a high level of diplomacy and professionalism
10. Ability to be a team player and capable of operating autonomously
11. Confident and proactive approach
12. Innate desire to be successful and commit to the role requirements
13. Flexibility to be part of a fun environment where you can learn something new every day
