Luxe Talent, an international recruitment company specialized in the luxury and retail sector, is seeking a Junior Recruiter German Speaker to join our remote team. We collaborate with some of the most renowned and prestigious luxury and high-end fashion brands across Europe.

This role offers a great opportunity to be part of an international company, contributing to the growth of our Italian division, with opportunities for professional development through comprehensive training and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, CV screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
  2. Coordinate with internal clients and follow up on recruitment activities.
  3. Build a network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates.
  4. Conduct pre-screenings, interviews via phone, face-to-face, or Skype.
  5. Source candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
  6. Post job openings and research new sources for recruitment.
  7. Manage recruiting database and maintain records.
  8. Produce recruitment reports and perform market mapping.
  9. Build and maintain influential relationships with candidates.
  10. Represent Luxe Talent professionally as an ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent or native German language skills.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or Italian skills are a plus.
