AYES is seeking a Quality Engineer / Officer to join in Torino, partnering with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS across Italy and abroad.

You will deploy and maintain ISO 9001, EN9100, and TISAX frameworks, support audits, answer customer quality questions, and promote a culture of quality through training and collaboration.

Competenze

• Background in Quality Management, with knowledge of ISO 9001 principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-cultural teams.
• Mandatory good English level (written and spoken).
• Experience with audits (internal or external) is appreciated.
• Familiarity with EN9100 standard is a plus (not mandatory).

Mansioni

• Supporting the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our QMS, based on ISO 9001 (and EN9100/TISAX as applicable).
• Assisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Supporting Business Managers in answering customers’ quality requirements, including homologation questionnaires.
• Monitoring compliance in the execution of activities and contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
• Promoting quality culture across the company through training, communication, and best practices.
