Job purpose:

To further strengthen our commitment in this field, we are looking for a resource to join our Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory needs
• Assist in supplier follow-ups, records of purchases, pricing
• Help track inventory levels and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, Production, Quality) to align purchasing strategies with project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or related field
• At least 1/2 years of experience in purchasing or buying
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Place of work: Headquarter, Florence.
