BW Water, now part of De Nora Water Technologies, seeks a Junior Project Manager in Milan to lead planning, coordination, and implementation of water treatment plant and pipeline projects. You will own assigned projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality, and safety, with support from experienced project managers.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering or comparable technical qualification.
First experience in project management of industrial plant or infrastructure projects.
Experience managing small to medium-sized projects (€ 0.5–10M).
Proficient in MS Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project).
Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Coordinate customers, engineering, procurement, construction teams, and subcontractors.
Manage interfaces between internal departments and external partners.
Act as key contact for customers and stakeholders throughout project execution.
Ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
Take co-responsibility for project budgeting and cost control.
Identify project risks and opportunities and support mitigation measures.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and contractual requirements.
