Job Opportunity: Project Manager in Renewable Energy

Location: Padova, Italy

For a leading General Contractor and Service Provider in the renewable energy market, specializing in turnkey solutions, we are seeking a Project Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Developing and coordinating photovoltaic plant projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager;
2. Planning and monitoring project timelines and renewable energy solutions;
3. Collaborating with engineers and architects to plan project budgets;
4. Monitoring resources and activities related to project development;
5. Conducting occasional site visits to oversee work activities;
6. Preparing and updating documentation for each project;
7. Interfacing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors;
8. Drafting reports on project progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A degree in Management Engineering, Renewable/Energy Engineering, or Architecture;
2. 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a General Contractor company;
3. 1-2 years of experience managing photovoltaic projects;
4. Knowledge of photovoltaic system design methodologies;
5. Excellent skills in Office Suite, Google tools, Smart Sheet, AutoCAD, and Salesforce Experience Cloud;
6. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills regarding budgets and timelines;
7. Willingness to travel nationally and abroad;
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
9. Comfort working at heights and on rooftops.

Work Hours: Full Time

Location: Milan
