A leading company in project management seeks a Project Manager to lead key projects in the railway sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Engineering and have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. This role involves managing client relationships, achieving project financial targets, and supervising the project team. Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.

Competenze

Position Mission: Achieve the defined objectives for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project, while implementing Company policy and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities:

With reference to the assigned key project:

• Bidding: Provide evaluation of hours and other costs related to project management execution activities, along with an assessment of related risks.
• Delivery: Ensure the accomplishment of project outcomes in accordance with the contractual scope, schedule, quality requirements, and Company processes.
• Economics / Financials / KPIs: Monitor, report, and achieve targets related to costs, revenues, margin, and cash flow; monitor and report on project KPIs.
• Contract Management: Manage client relationships, promote business opportunities, handle change orders, and manage claims.
• Team Management: Execute staffing processes for the project team and evaluate team member performances.

Performance Criteria: Achievement of project budget objectives as per the baseline; improved project efficiency; project team performance aligned with Personal Development Plan targets.

Technical Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Experience:

• Master's Degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of industry experience, preferably in the railway sector
• Managed projects with budgets above 1 million euros or multiple projects with a total budget exceeding 5 million euros
• Fluent in Italian and English; German and/or Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Office tools; knowledge of MS Project or similar software
