Qualifications

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o disciplina analoga.
• Da 0 a 3 anni di esperienza in project management o ruoli tecnici in ambiente industriale.
• Conoscenze base di project management: pianificazione, controllo costi, gestione rischi, earned value.

Responsibilities

• Supportare il coordinamento di team cross-funzionali (ingegneria, qualità, acquisti, produzione).
• Costruire e mantenere piani di progetto dettagliati; monitorare tempi, costi e deliverable.
• Collaborare con lo stabilimento per seguire l’industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti.

S.p.A.) è un partner privilegiato e innovatore leader nello sviluppo di tecnologie di combustibili alternativi verso la decarbonizzazione.The roleYou will join the Project Management team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, and work on international development and industrialization projects within the Technology department. Starting in a support role alongside senior Project Managers, you will progressively take ownership of project workstreams and, over time, of full projects. You will be exposed to the entire project lifecycle, from customer requirements to production.What you will doSupport the coordination of cross-functional project teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing).Build and maintain detailed project plans; track schedule, cost and deliverables, and flag deviations early.Work closely with the manufacturing plant to follow the industrialization of new products.Contribute to the management of customer interfaces and technical documentation, building relationships based on trust, reliability and proactivity.Prepare progress reports and materials for Project Gates and Program Reviews, and follow up on the actions agreed there.Take part in Risk & Opportunity analysis and contribute to defining recovery plans when issues arise.Support budget control and project performance analysis (earned value, project KPIs).What we are looking forMaster's degree in Engineering (mechanical, aeronautical, aerospace, management or similar) or another scientific discipline.0–3 years of experience in project management, project engineering or a technical role in an industrial environment.Basic knowledge of project management methods: planning, cost control, risk management, earned value.Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.Strong communication skills, a structured approach and an attitude toward ownership and problem solving.Team player, comfortable working with plant and customer counterparts.Willingness to travel occasionally.Nice to haveMS Project or similar planning tools; ERP (e.g., SAP); advanced Excel.CAPM or PMP certification, or interest in pursuing one.What we offerStructured on-the-job training and mentoring by certified senior Program Managers.Exposure to international customers and high-technology products.Support for professional certification (CAPM/PMP).1 day of remote working per week.Meal vouchers.Salary range: €30,000 - €40,000 gross annual salary (RAL).
