OMT Torino cerca un Junior Project Manager per supportare il team di Project Management nello sviluppo e industrializzazione di progetti internazionali nel dipartimento Technology.

Inizierai in un ruolo di supporto con i project manager senior e, progressivamente, assumerai la gestione di flussi di lavoro e di progetti completi.

Qualifications

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o disciplina analoga.
• 0–3 anni di esperienza in project management o ruolo tecnico in contesto industriale.
• Conoscenza di base di metodi di project management: pianificazione, controllo costi, gestione rischi, earned value.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese, scritto e parlato.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, approccio strutturato e orientamento all’assunzione di responsabilità.
• Spirito di squadra e disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente.

Responsibilities

• Coordinare team cross-funzionali (ingegneria, qualità, procurement, manufacturing).
• Costruire e mantenere piani di progetto dettagliati; seguire tempi, costi e deliverables, segnalando deviazioni.
• Lavorare a stretto contatto con lo stabilimento per l’industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti.
• Gestire interfacce con i clienti e documentazione tecnica, costruendo relazioni affidabili e proattive.
• Preparare report di avanzamento per gate di progetto e revisioni, e monitorare azioni concordate.
• Partecipare ad analisi di rischi e opportunità e definire piani di recovery.
• Supportare controllo budget e analisi delle performance (earned value, KPI).

Starting in a support role alongside senior Project Managers, you will progressively take ownership of project workstreams and, over time, of full projects.
