Junior Project Manager

As a

In this role you will :

• Manage various repair, maintenance, or refit requests, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
• Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from work in progress
• Organize, supervise, and manage the technicians' activities
• Ensure documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
• Handle quotation and invoicing for all the jobs performed and delivered
• Coordinate with the client team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including scheduling
• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively
• Implement and monitor key project processes to make improvements and revisions
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works

• Have project management experience - not compulsory
• Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or engineering (naval or mechanical), or are studying to achieve your degree
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing

• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose and openness
• Able to work and deliver projects within short timeframes
