Un leader mondial dans l'e-santé, CGM Pharmaone, recherche un Project Manager pour intégrer son équipe de consultants. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des projets pour les chaînes de pharmacie et grands comptes en Italie. Votre rôle comprendra la coordination des équipes, le support des ventes, et lengagement des clients dans le secteur pharmaceutique. Ce poste requiert un diplôme en ingénierie de gestion ou économie, une expérience en gestion de projet et des compétences interpersonnelles solides.

Competenze

• Expérience initiale (2 ans) en tant que Project Manager.
• Passionné(e) par le numérique et curieux(se) du secteur de la santé.
• Fluent[e] en anglais est un plus.

In Italy it provides software solutions and services for primary care doctors, pharmacies, dentists and specialist doctors, as well as for public administrations and patients. The major distribution of the solutions developed by CGM Italia Group takes place in Italy but its products are customized to be sold also abroad.

We are looking for a Project Manager to be included in our consulting team that works with the leading pharmacy chains & large accounts in Italy in the pharmacy retail business.

CGM provides unique assets (Software solutions for Healthcare Professionals, integration platforms, tailor made HW solutions,) and an experienced team with specific knowledge on healthcare & pharmacy retails operations to our customers in order to support their growth in the market and the introduction of new digital solutions.

• Project Manager
• is responsible for the coordination of the consulting team and the internal service & support structure to manage projects, activities and support the sales process in the daily relation with our clients and prospects. The resource will be part of a team dedicated to pharmacy chains & large accounts in Italy. The aim of the position is to contribute in the definition of projects, support the sales process, manage activities and communication with the client, coordinate the internal structure to deliver positive change and become a key player in establishing a long-lasting relation with assigned clients.
• Main tasks of the job
• Manage active projects and contribute positively to the business relations for existing accounts
• Constantly keep an active relation (physical or remote interactions) with customers to support daily business relations, identify needs and support the sales and delivery circle
• Support the Key Account Manager in the sales cycle from initial analysis, design of the project approach, pricing definition and contract outline
• Manage the full delivery cycle of assigned projects, from the first activity to the final project reporting
• Support the project and orders tracking into the CGM ERP system (SAP)
• Facilitate communication within CGM operating units and functions to ensure information are managed correctly and are available to all relevant teams during different project phases
• Be opened to product and process innovation, monitor the market to support the ideation phase of new products and service
• What we expect
• Degree in Management Engineering or Economics / Management
• Initial experience (2 years) in Project Manager positions and strong consulting attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate in Digital and curious about Healthcare sector
• Intermediate / advanced user of common SW solutions (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint )
• Proactivity and motivation
• Highly organized and autonomous
• Project-oriented and with analytical skills
• Updating internal SAP database throughout the process
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare market is a plus
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Job-specific requirements

Once onboarded on Pharmacy market specificities and on the evolution of the role and evolution that our solutions will play into the sector, the Project Manager will support our clients in the analysis and delivery of their project into the Pharmacy and outside the boundaries of the physical store. He / she will be in charge of maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction by following every customer project with a consulting approach.
