In this role you will :

• Manage various repair, maintenance, or refit requests, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from work in progress.
• Organize, supervise, and manage the technicians' activities.
• Ensure documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality.
• Handle quotation and invoicing of all jobs performed and delivered.
• Coordinate with the client team and contractor on all snagging activities, including scheduling.
• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes to make improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.
