A leading manufacturer of self-adhesive products is seeking a Junior Project Engineer for their facility in Solbiate con Cagno, Italy. This role involves analyzing production performance, supporting maintenance and project execution, as well as conducting feasibility studies. Ideal candidates should have a Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Italian at B2 level is required. The position offers a dynamic environment for technical development and project involvement.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, including structured internships or traineeships.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems considered a plus.

• Analyze production process performance indicators and propose technical improvements.
• Support supervision of maintenance activities for reliable plant operation.
