Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator – Construction & Real Estate (Temporary)

Job Description Summary

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in project management, construction, or real estate while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment? This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who are early in their careers and eager to strengthen their professional skills.

In this role, you will provide support in coordinating projects related to TDD surveys, project monitoring assignments, capital improvements, and building/site repairs. You will also assist Project Managers and Directors in ensuring smooth project execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating work completion.
  • Assist in building evaluations and preparation of physical audit reports.
  • Participate in site inspections to ensure building compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and share regular progress reports.
  • Support project approvals, budget tracking, and organizational changes.
  • Contribute to daily operations of the project team.
