Junior Project & Construction Manager, Monza-Brianza

Monza-Brianza, Italy

Yard Reaas S.p.A., leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated property services, is seeking a Junior Project & Construction Manager specialized in the Real Estate sector with a VAT number, for its Milan office.

Main activities include:

1. Feasibility analysis of real estate developments from a technical and economic perspective;
2. Preparation of preliminary design documents;
3. Definition and management of project budgets according to client requirements;
4. Overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to costs, timelines, and quality standards;
5. Identifying, contracting, and coordinating professionals involved in design and construction phases (suppliers, designers, legal and regulatory figures);
6. Managing relationships with clients and all involved parties;
7. Handling relations with Public Administrations and relevant authorities;
8. Supervising construction sites: liaising with contractors, monitoring progress, assisting with contractual issues and variations;
9. Preparing and presenting reports as required by the client;
10. Monitoring project progress in accordance with agreements with funding bodies.

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager in medium-sized organizations (preferred);
• Diploma as a Surveyor or Degree in Engineering/Architecture;
• Proactive approach to tasks with critical thinking and planning skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in teams;
• Good knowledge of administrative procedures for obtaining building permits;
• Experience in analyzing, evaluating, and drafting quantity surveys and using public price lists; familiarity with scheduling tools;
• Willingness and autonomy to conduct technical site inspections;
• Good command of English;
• Proficiency in CAD programs (AutoCAD, Allplan, Revit, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (knowledge of MS Project is a plus);
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, accuracy, and interest in multidisciplinary topics.
