The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in project management, a diploma in Surveying or a degree in Engineering or Architecture, and proficiency in CAD software. This position offers a collaboration contract with VAT number.

Overview

Yard Reaas S.p.A., leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated property services, is seeking a Junior Project & Construction Manager specialized in the Real Estate sector with a VAT number, for its Milan office.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility analysis of real estate developments from a technical and economic perspective;
• Preparation of preliminary design documents;
• Definition and management of project budgets according to client requirements;
• Management of the entire construction process ensuring adherence to costs, timelines, and quality;
• Identification, contractual management, and coordination of professionals involved in design and execution phases (suppliers, designers, legal figures, etc.);
• Managing relationships with clients and all involved parties;
• Coordination with public administrations and authorities;
• Site supervision: managing relationships with construction companies, progress verification, contractual support, and handling variations;
• Preparation and presentation of reports as required by the client;
• Monitoring project progress in relation to agreements with funding entities.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience of at least 1-2 years as a Project Manager in medium-sized organizations is appreciated;
• Diploma from a Surveyor or a degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• Proactive approach with critical thinking and planning skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams;
• Knowledge of administrative procedures for obtaining building permits;
• Proficiency in analyzing, evaluating, and drafting quantity surveys (using public rate lists), and preparing and assessing schedules;
• Willingness and autonomy to conduct technical inspections at various sites;
• Good command of English;
• Familiarity with main CAD programs (AutoCAD, Allplan, Revit, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of Office suite (knowledge of MS Project is a plus);
• Excellent time management, prioritization, precision, and interest in multidisciplinary topics.
